After going through the home inspection process on several homes with multiple inspectors, it was clear to us that none of the inspectors came close to providing the level of detail and thoroughness that Jeffrey Owen did.  Mr. Owen identified numerous issues with our home and in turn we were able to save over $6,000 on the cost of our home.  His detailed reports accompanied with clear pictures were of great use to us as we pursued bids on some of the pending issues.  Buying a home that is 37 years old can lead to some hesitancy, but Mr. Owen gave us much relief through his identification of potential problems.  Mr. Owen was very proficient and his level of service greatly exceeded our expectations.  We would strongly recommend Mr. Owen to anyone in need of a home inspection and we will definitely use him again.

When buying a house a very scary decision and not one to take lightly. There are plenty of different factors such as location, finance, the rooms and plenty more. There is also the quality of the house. Is the house in well constructed? Was there any mold? Who owned last? There will be a million of questions that you will need answering before you get your house. Because you will be moving your family to this new home, you do not want any surprise.
