Texas Real Estate Commission - Certified Professional Real Estate Inspector #9701- I currently meet or exceed all Texas’ stringent Home Inspector educational requirements, testing, qualifications, and background checks. I'm fully approved, licensed, and certified by the T.R.E.C at the highest level an inspector can earn.

Past Experience – I have been involved in project management and construction since 2002.  I have performed many Home Inspections throughout the State of Texas with an emphasis on the homes of the Houston Metro Region. Please see my RAVE REVIEWS for some of my very satisfied clients.  Prior to Inspecting, I spent over 18 years working in the public eye.  I have gained the customer service skills, knowledge and expertise that my clients always appreciate and trust.

High Tech Tools – I do not guess on any of my reports! I utilize advanced high tech tools such as a natural gas and carbon monoxide leak detector, several gauges and meters including a digital moisture meter, laser thermometer, and a digital microwave tester. I use these tools to help confirm my findings throughout your prospective home, and to give you one of the most advanced and accurate reports available from anyone in Houston.  I also carry a laptop computer and digital camera with me onsite to do your reports!

Customer Service – As mentioned earlier I have been in the customer service business for over 18 years and I know how to take care of my clients.  If you have questions before or after your inspection, my phone lines are always open. I can promise you I will return your phone call as soon as humanly possible if I do not pick up right away. Email and telephone consultations will be available for as long as you own your home.
