Hours of Operation - I am available 7 days a week, dawn till dusk. If there's sufficient daylight for me to complete the exterior inspection, I will try my best to fit your client into my schedule.  I am here when you need me to help you get those tight closings done even on Holidays.

On Time - I'll always arrive at your clients prospective home at least a half hour early. I will endeavor to complete the exterior inspection and I'll be waiting for you when you arrive. We can then walk through the entire property, if your client chooses to do so.

High Tech Tools – I do not guess on any of my reports! I utilize advanced high tech tools such as a natural gas and carbon monoxide leak detector, temperature sensors, several gauges and meters including a digital moisture meter, laser thermometer, and a digital microwave tester. I use these tools to help confirm my findings throughout your clients prospective home, and to give them one of the most advanced and accurate reports available from anyone in Houston.  I also carry a laptop computer and digital camera with me on site to do the reports! 

Same Day Report - You and your client will receive a comprehensive inspection report immediately following the home inspection in most cases. My reports are highly detailed, very easy to read and categorized for easy understanding.  I will also burn a CD on site of any digital photos that were taken. I will make you the promise that you will not have to wait for my reports.
